Optimist Coaching Workshop:
There has been some great feedback from the first few Optimist workshops, so it is time to spread the word.
Venue: Napier Sailing Club
Date: 28th November 2015
Time: TBC (depends on when sailing finishes on Saturday afternoon, but looking to be held BEFORE dinner at the club)
This is a great workshop for all interested coaches and parents that coach or have children sailing Optimists. We cover some basic Optimist set ups, equipment, hiking techniques, and more.
The aim of this workshop is to get consistency across the board, and make our sailors the sailors they want to be.
