2026 Annual General Meeting

The 72nd Yachting New Zealand Annual General Meeting will be held at the Royal New Zealand Yacht Squadron and online on Saturday, 17 October 2026.

Please complete the relevant form below by 5pm, Wednesday 14 October 2026:

Club delegate attendance form, available here – for commodores or vice-commodores attending the AGM in person or online

Club proxy voting form, available here – for commodores or vice-commodores not attending the AGM but wishing to exercise their club’s voting rights

The Zoom link for the meeting is available here and will be accessible from 9.45am on the day of the AGM.
