2021 annual general meeting
The 67th annual general meeting of Yachting New Zealand will be held on Saturday 9th October 2021 in Auckland at Royal New Zealand Yacht Squadron.

Closing date for notices: 5pm Monday 30th August 2021
In accordance with the current Constitutional requirements:
1. Notice of any proposed alteration or addition to the Constitution, or any proposed motion shall be sent to the CEO not later than 40 days before the said meeting.
Notice of any alteration or addition to the constitution, or any proposed motion may be proposed by the Board or any voting member of Yachting New Zealand.
2. Nominations for the Elected Board Members shall be sent to the CEO not later than 40 days before the said meeting, using the approved Nomination Form.
Nominations for the Board of Directors and President are to be received in writing (using the approved nomination form) to the CEO by two member clubs. There is one elected vacancy for the Board. They will be elected as per Article 15.2, 15.3 & 15.5 of the Yachting New Zealand Constitution; the retiring director (Jenny de Lisle) intends to stand for re-election.
3. Notice of any other business to be considered at the Annual General Meeting, not covered by the above, shall be sent to the CEO not later than 40 days before the said meeting.
In support of Yachting New Zealand's environmental sustainability strategy, the annual report will only be available electronically. It contains not only financial information, but also an annual assessment of all major Yachting New Zealand programmes, national sailing achievements, history and members directory.
