 This guide provides recommended wording for sailing instructions (SI's) and complies with Racing Rules of Sailing (RRS) Appendix J.

 

 

 

Yachting New Zealand is the national body for sailing and boating in this country. The breadth of our activity stretches from the grassroots of sailing and boating through to the elite level of the sport.

While YNZ is aware that these rules will be applied reasonably by local authorities, YNZ feels it is still important to highlight areas of concern in the wording of the proposed bylaws and any unintended consequences.
