New Zealand sailors have a proud tradition of success at the Olympics, highlighted by the record-equalling four medals won at the 2016 Rio Olympics.

The high performance programme continually evolves and the focus now is on winning medals at the 2020 Tokyo and 2024 Paris Olympics.

The NZL Sailing Team is made up of the best Olympic class sailors in the country and they must reach certain criteria each year to remain in the top team.
