The Organising Authority is Torbay Sailing Club.
The regatta is open to all boats of the RS Feva Class. To be eligible to compete in this event each entrant and crew shall be a financial member of a club recognised by the entrant and crew’s national authority. Proof of affiliated club membership to be presented at registration.
