The regatta is open to all sailors who are under the age of 21 on the date of the regatta, and all boats of the Optimist Open, Optimist Green, Optimist Rainbow, Open-Bic, Starling, P-Class, Laser, Laser Radial, Laser 4.7 and 420 fleets.
