  • The Marsden Yacht & Boat Club introduces the inaugural Snake Bank Classic – a no holds barred open sailing race for anything with a sail, set to take place on Saturday 31 January 2015.

  • Be part of an incredible team that saves lives at sea. Coastguard’s volunteer Radio Operators work one shift a month on weekends and public holidays supporting the full time staff of the Coastguard Operations Centre. Shifts are usually 6 hours, generally held between the hours of 7.00am to 8pm.

  • It’s that time of year again and we know of three up-coming Junior Sailing Camps planned in the central and lower North Island regions over the school holiday period. These camps are aimed at learning, while having fun, in boats. Activities include a destination sail, night sail, relays, great food and great fun on and off the water.

  • With hot, sunny days and strong, steady winds we couldn’t have asked for a better weekend for the 2015 Lawson’s Dry Hills New Year Regatta on Jan 10th and 11th . The fifty yachts and 266 crew that participated were treated to the best the Marlborough Sounds had to offer in both weather and racing.
