2022 National Match Racing Umpire Seminar

Yachting New Zealand is holding a National Match Racing Umpire seminar on Tuesday 17th and Wednesday 18th May, in conjunction with the Harken Youth International Match Racing Championships (18th - 22nd May at Royal New Zealand Yacht Squadron in Auckland). 
 
The seminar will be facilitated by Collette Kraus (International Umpire & National Judge) and John Rountree (International Judge and International Umpire), and will be an opportunity to gain your Club/National Umpire qualification.
 
There will be a full classroom session on the 17th and 18th May. For those wishing to gain their NU status, on water assessments will be done throughout the event. Unfortunately due to the time-consuming nature of on-water assessments, they will only be available to serious NU candidates.

There is no cost to attend.

The RNZYS is a vaccinated venue, meaning all staff are double vaccinated and all seminar attendees will have to show their COVID-19 Vaccine Pass to enter the premises.
