The regatta is open to all boats of the Nacra 17 Class.
To be eligible to compete in this event each competitor shall be a financial member of a club recognised by the competitor's national authority. Proof of affiliated club membership shall be presented at registration.
To be eligible to compete in this event each entrant and crew member shall be a financial member of their national Nacra 17 Class Association.
