Head Coach Opportunity
Great opportunity to join the progressive team at RAYC. You will be involved in programme development and delivery along with managing and supervising the daily operation of all academy activities including learn to sail, outreach, adult and race programmes.
This is a hands-on role where you will be involved in developing sailors through both race and fun pathways. On-water coaching will be a fundamental part of the role with our Opti, O’pen Bic, RS Feva, Laser, 420 and 29er fleets. You will be able to use your skills and to implement new programmes and improve systems along with developing the coaching team to deliver outstanding programmes.
This role will be fast-paced with plenty of variety as we introduce new fleets into our programmes. It will suit a self motivated, forward thinker who can work well within a team, manage a busy work load and who wants to be part of the next steps in Akarana Academy’s history.
