Potential coaching opportunity on the cards in Nelson next summer... Nelson Watersports is looking for a dual-qualified coach to work from early October to end April. We're hoping to pull together a number of small roles to make a position with enough hours to make it worthwhile for someone coming in from out of town. The majority of the role would be working with the Nelson Bays Youth Teams Racing Association, providing 420s teams racing coaching to local college teams. You'd also work with Nelson Yacht Club, coaching on both the junior and adult Learn to Sail programmes and potentially providing fleet coaching to Optimists and Lasers too. It looks like 20-40+ hrs p/week.

On top of all that, there would be more hours available if you are a windsurfing instructor/coach too!

So, if you fancy a summer season in sunny Nelson, and like the sound of such a varied role, please email me on info@nelsonwatersports.co.nz
