To be eligible for a PHRF handicap, boats must be registered on the YNZ Boat Register under the current owner or syndicate name.

Please note:
- New applications: Complete all sections.
- Revalidations and amendments: Only record changes.
- Applications are processed within approximately 10 working days.
- All base PHRF handicaps will be reviewed this season as part of a fleet-wide review, scheduled for completion by the end of the year. Any resulting changes are expected to be implemented during the September and/or December boat performance reviews, based on current season racing.
