It was a come from behind win, but KeriKeri High School again showed that they have what it takes to win the Secondary School Teams Racing Nationals, sailed last week on Lake Taupo.

Sailing... Have A Go! season ends

The Sailing... Have a Go! programme has now come to an end for the 2012/2013 season. Our instructors and students made the most of the great summer for Sailing around the country with over 3500 students taking part. Paul Moriarty our Central Region instructor described it as “a great season to be a Sailing instructor”. Throughout the season 97 different schools took part at 54 different Yacht Clubs.

Elliott 5.9 'Hall of Fame' to Race in Opua Regatta

NZOC moves to Auckland

The New Zealand Olympic Committee is to amalgamate staff and resources in Auckland as part of its commitment to New Zealand sports and athletes. The move for the head office from Wellington will take place over a period of eight months with Secretary General Kereyn Smith set to take up residence in Auckland in June.

Alex Maloney and Molly Meech from New Zealand have won gold at ISAF Sailing World Cup Hyeres in the 49erFX class securing the victory today after six days of racing off the French coast. And Josh Junior has taken his first podium finish at a World Cup Regatta with bronze in the Finn.
