Waiheke Boating Club was represented as usual by the Island Dinghy Sailing Squad down the western end of Oneroa Beach on Sunday 1st Feb. The weather was grey and drizzly but the water was warm and enthusiasm high.

New Zealand has won double gold at 2015 ISAF Sailing World Cup Miami after Jo Aleh and Polly Powrie, and Alexandra Maloney and Molly Meech secured victories in the 470 and 49erFX events today.

The New Zealand Olympic sailing crews of Alexandra Maloney and Molly Meech, and Jo Aleh and Polly Powrie will enjoy tomorrow’s medal races at 2015 ISAF Sailing World Cup Miami… because they’re looking good for gold.

New Zealand leads in two classes, with a total of six crews on target to make their medal race as ISAF Sailing Cup Miami rolls into the penultimate day of competition.

New Zealand still leads in the Women’s 470 and 49erFX after day three of 2015 ISAF Sailing World Cup Miami where gold fleet racing got underway today.

Three NZL Sailing Team crews have retained their overnight lead after day two of racing at ISAF Sailing World Cup Miami on now on Biscayne Bay in the USA.
