Good Practice Idea: Vessel Survey Plan (Template)

A survey plan should be prepared for each vessel. 

It should:

• provide detail on the vessel
• outline the elements of a basic inspection 
• a schedule for regular inspection
• help produce a maintenance plan for that vessel
