Want to give your sailors some encouragement? Check out this video below. I found this on Scuttlebutt. Not a kiwi sailor, but a well known world class sailor. Couple of things I picked out:
"I really loved just coming down to the sailing club, hanging out with my mates, doing some sailing, mucking around in the morning, and then doing some racing."
"...get out there as much as you can and enjoy your sailing, but most of all work with all the other people that you sail with."
