Let’s keep Facebook in business over this regatta. Let the world know about your experiences – photos too incorporating our beautiful Bay of Islands https://www.facebook.com/BayOfIslandsSailingWeek
Coffee makes the world go round...faster. Well that’s true for many of us who can’t bear to face the day until we’ve had our caffeine fix – let alone think about competition on the water. With your daily performance-enhancer ‘cuppa’ in mind and to combat the legendary ‘cafe coffee queue’ a new breakfast option will be available at the Regatta base on shore. Hughie, Manda and the team who for many years have been providing hearty dinner options – are opening for breakfast each racing day; from 0700 hrs there’ll be ‘proper’ coffee, also filtered (for those wanting instant gratification), with english breakfast and menu options. Dinners will of course be available as always because we know that your race boat runs on its stomach. Hughie has all bases covered.......
The Ross 780 Nationals entries are slow – come on guys – get them in...
Long range weather forecast looks good – should be plenty of sea breezes.
