This Regulation sets out the criteria and procedure for selecting sailors to be part of the 2013 NZL Yachting Trust Youth Team to attend the ISAF Youth Worlds Sailing Championships which are scheduled to be held between 11 and 20 July 2013 in Limassol, Cyprus.
