Youth sailors are encouraged to register now for the second of Yachting New Zealand’s popular National Youth Clinics – a training clinic run just following the 2012 Sir Peter Blake Regatta.
Dates: 4, 5 & 6 December (one day after Sir Peter Blake Regatta)
Classes: Laser Radial (Boys, Girls), 420 (Boys, Girls), RSX 8.5 (Boys, Girls) Open Multi Hull and Open 29er
Venue: Wakatere Boating Club
Time: 10am briefing, rigged and ready
Covering: Starting, Tactics and Strategy
This clinic is designed to give sailors in youth classes a head start to their season to help prepare for youth selection and youth class World Championships. Sailors wishing to attend the Clinic must sail the preceding regatta in a youth class.
Registration is compulsory and forms are to be returned two weeks before the clinic start date - due 20th November.
