Yachting New Zealand has started a review process of our coaching system. To date, we have brainstormed the old plan in a whiteboard session and would now like to hear what you have to say. This is what we have so far:
What this mindmap concludes is essentially five pillars to the system; those being the Pathway, Resources, Admin, Communication and Clubs/Classes.
