Yachting New Zealand’s Annual General Meeting will be held on Saturday 11th October 2014 in Christchurch. Please take note of the following…
- Notice of any proposed alteration or addition to the Constitution, or any proposed remit shall be sent to the CEO not later than 40 days before the said meeting.
- Notice of any resolution and/or nomination to be proposed at the AGM shall be sent to the CEO not later than 40 days before the said meeting.
Closing date for notices: 5pm Monday 1st September 2014
