The CRC Bay of Islands Sailing Week is often described as "the best big-boat regatta in New Zealand" and potential volunteers are being encouraged to put their hands up to join the fun.
Next year's event is scheduled to take place from January 26-29, 2021, and is expected to attract a large fleet considering this year's Bay Week drew a record-breaking 141 entries.
Organisers are looking for local Bay of Islands people who would like to get involved with on-the-water race management, safety boats or even shored-based areas.
This looms as a good chance to work alongside experienced people and gain some knowledge or see how they could get involved more with the local clubs.
