Story of ragtag sailors features at Ocean Film Festival World Tour

The 13,000km journey from Auckland to Patagonia via Antarctica during the iciest season on record of a ragtag crew of sailors is the feature flim at screenings of the upcoming Ocean Film Festival World Tour in Dunedin, Wellington and Auckland.

There are seven ocean-related short films on this year's programme in Dunedin (march 22), Wellington (March 23) and Auckland (March 24). The feature filme of 48 minutes has plenty highs, lows and humour. See the trailer here

The visio of the Ocean Film Festival World Tour is to inspire people to explore, respect, enjoy, and protect our oceans. Currently touring in Australia, Belgium, New Zealand, Hong Kong, China and the UK, the Ocean Film Festival World Tour screens over two hours of inspirational, educational and entertaining films related to the ocean from independent film makers around the world.

The Ocean Film Festival World Tour includes a unique selection of films of varying lengths and styles covering topics such as ocean adventure and exploration, the oceanic environment, marine creatures, ocean related sports, coastal cultures and ocean lovers.
