Yachting New Zealand will be holding a New to Youth Classes clinic in Auckland for Laser Radial sailors at the end of October.
The two-day clinic is being run by Yachting New Zealand women's sailing manager and Laser Radial coach Rosie Chapman at the Murrays Bay Sailing Club on October 31 and November 1. The cost is $100 per sailor and is open to both males and females.
This clinic will be a great opportunity for youngsters stepping out of junior classes to have a great weekend learning the fundamentals of Laser Radial sailing.
The clinic will also aim to:

Explain how the boat works

Provide information on how to set up your boat for a variety of conditions

Teach the fundamental techniques that will help you progress your own training

Provide an opportunity to be assessed for eligibility to attend the Aon National Youth Clinics
