Just a gentle reminder, that if you have sat any of these race coach courses below, and if you have not completed it, then with the season in full swing, it's easy to get your qualification, and certificate! You can't fail!

What do you need to do?
Assessment Outline;
1. Complete a session plan for a complete session.
2. Include a video of you coaching a briefing OR de-briefing OR on the water coaching in the above session (save to a disc/memory stick or upload to you tube (often file is too big to send via email)). Dropbox, and google drive are also great ways to send the video.
3. Provide feedback of you in your video. Perhaps try using the KISS self evaluation tool? Or the feedback burger?
Please send in your first video i.e. try not to have any second or third attempts.
We will provide feedback on your video.
Upon completion you will receive full ‘Race Coach’ certification
