For the first time sailing will feature in the NZCT AIMS GAMES International Sporting Championships in 2015. Please find below the YACHTING REGISTRATION DETAILS and the NOTICE OF RACE.

NZCT AIMS GAMES Regatta - Saturday 5^th to Tuesday 8^th September 2015
Sulphur Point, Tauranga
Sailors must be a member of a yacht club affiliated to the national body
Optimist racing
Coordinated by Yachting New Zealand (Hamish Hey, Yachting New Zealand Regional Support Officer) and the Tauranga Yacht & Powerboat Club
Categories - Year 7 Girls, Year 7 Boys, Year 8 Girls and Year 8 Boys

2015 Important AIMS GAMES Planning Dates:

Friday 13^th March

Schools will be in receipt of the 2015 NZCT AIMS GAMES Registration Booklet (hardcopy and electronic version).
There won’t be a registration sheet in the booklet as we are moving to online entries with EnterNOW.
A ‘Quick Start Guide’ for EnterNOW will be sent out with the Registration Booklet (each school will be allocated a unique AIMS GAMES registration log in code).

Wednesday 3^rd June

Entries close for the 2015 NZCT AIMS GAMES at 11.59pm.
The EnterNOW system will generate a confirmation email 3 days prior to entries closing so school coordinators can check that they have entered the correct individual numbers, teams, codes etc.

Friday 19^th June

Letter of confirmation sent to all 2015 participating schools.
If registration for a sporting code is oversubscribed then the opportunity to compete will be at the discretion of the executive committee.
Team/Individual registration forms for each code will be online for participating schools to complete.
