Membership of the New Zealand Access Class Association is an eligibility requirement for entry to compete in the Nationals, but is also open to those who have an interest in Access Class and want to support the future development of the Access Class in New Zealand.
An annual subscription is just $10 for Juniors and $30 for Seniors, and is valid from 1 July 2012 to 30 June 2013.
The objectives of the New Zealand Access Class Association are to:
- Benefit the community by encouraging and fostering enjoyment of the competitions, recreational and social aspects of sailing, particularly amongst people with disabilities.
- Promote and develop Access Class racing under uniform rules at a local and national level for people of all ages and abilities
- Provide a medium for exchange of information among Access Sailors.
