Coaches should have received notification if their qualification expires on June 30.
It's free to keep your coaching qualifications up to date with Yachting New Zealand and you'll need to have it renewed if you want to coach in this country or abroad. It's also a great way to show your core coaching competencies.
Coaches should always be aware of current best-practices and be looking to continually improve by learning new coaching techniques. There is always something new to be learned and new approaches to consider in our sport.
Clubs please note that all coaches need a reference letter to go with their revalidation confirming their recent coaching experience.
