The Devonport Yacht Club is appealing for information regarding Club members that served in the armed forces during the First World War 1914-18.
“It could be that former members of other Clubs were also members of the Devonport Yacht Club as it was quite common for multi-Club membership in those times,” says Colin Tubb who is collecting the information.
“I request anyone with information that might aid my quest to mount a roll of honour to get in touch with me.”
