Great news… Aon New Zealand has extended their suite of insurance offerings tailor made for New Zealand yachties and boaties. Aon has just launched its very own comprehensive dinghy and tender insurance offering through Vero Marine.
This offer provides a solution to sailors requiring the right insurance cover to enter regattas in New Zealand, with racing cover included and Third Party Liability cover up to $5m. In putting together this offer Aon meets the gap for individuals requiring comprehensive cover for their sailing dinghy. From a Club’s perspective, this policy enables competitors to meet the Notice of Race Insurance Liability requirements for regattas and races your Club hosts.
This policy provides insurance for your boat, trailer and equipment throughout New Zealand, whilst travelling on land, on the water including whilst racing. The offering also extends to cover trailer craft (including powerboats) up to a sum insured of $150,000.
This New Zealand based cover complements the Aon Overseas Regatta and Transit policy that is already available for sailors who compete overseas.
