Following on from the success of last year’s MRX Youth Pathways regatta very ably run by Kohimarama Yacht Club, Wakatere Boating Club and MRX Yachting wish to invite crews of senior youth members, or recent graduates and their parents, from Auckland’s youth yacht clubs, to participate in this year’s MYX Youth Pathways racing.
The events will include a Familiarisation Twilight race and a Fleet Racing day – dates as follows:
- Twilight Race
- Friday 31st July
- Back Up date Friday 7th August
- Fleet Racing
- Sunday 23rd August
- Back Up date Sunday 6th September.
The aim is to show your sailors a possible option for continuing their sailing in a fun way after they graduate from the youth clubs.
Attached is Wakatere Boating Club and MRX Yachting’s invitation to your sailors and parents to put crews forward for these events.
