Adam Minoprio, 2010 World Match Racing Champion is the 2013 NZ Open Keel Boat Champion. Who will follow Sam Osbourne and be the 2013 NZ Women’s Keel Boat Champion?
We have two entries already including one from New Caledonia and the Canadian National Champion has also expressed interest in this regatta. The entry deadline of the 19th April which is just over 2 weeks away so it is time to get your crew together and enter the regatta. Entries will be accepted in order of receipt so enter now.
The 2013 NZ Women’s Keelboat championships will be held on the 27th & 28th April 2013 and will be run by the Royal New Zealand Yacht Squadron.
Entry
- Entries will be accepted in the order in which complete entries are received are due in by 19th April.
- Entry to the regatta is restricted to 10 entries.
- Sailing crews shall consist of 7 including the skipper.
- The entry fee is $950.
Schedule
- Registration: Friday 26th April 0900 to 1800hrs
- Briefing: Friday 26th April 18.30hrs RNZYS
- Dates of Racing: Saturday 27th April and Sunday 28th April 2013
- Number of Races: 10 races with up to 6 back to back races each day
Courses
- The courses shall be windward leewards
- The intended course area is the Northern Leading area
