The Organising Authority is the Royal New Zealand Yacht Squadron
The regatta is open to all boats of the Etchells Class. All skippers and crew must be current financial members of the National Etchells Class Association. To be eligible to compete in this event each entrant and crew member shall be a financial member of a Club recognised by the entrant and crew member's national authority.
