Cambridge Yacht and Motorboat Club

Cambridge Yacht Club is based on Lake Karapiro in the Waikato and offers a family friendly environment catering for all ages and experiences.

With a successful Learn to Sail programme, regatta race coaching and family fun days, Cambridge Yacht Club aims to provide an enjoyable sailing experience for everyone. Cambridge Yacht Club has a large number of plastic Optimists for the Learn to Sail programme, as well as a large range of yachts available for our popular Adult Learn to Sail programme.

Cambridge Yacht Club also hosts a successful High School Youth Development programme which participates in regional and national Teams Sailing events as an alternative pathway to regatta sailing.
