The regatta is open to all boats of the Laser, Laser Radial and Laser 4.7 classes that comply with the class rules.
To be eligible to compete in this event each competitor shall be a financial member of a club affiliated to the competitor's national authority and a financial member of the New Zealand Laser Association or their national laser class association.
