Bucklands Beach Yacht Club

A Y88 class regatta, based out of Bucklands Beach marina with an emphasis on fun and learning. 

One day of full on windward leewards raced in the vicinity of Motukorea beacon. This is an owner driver competition.  Racing is followed by an off the water debrief over a few Rums at BBYC to share learnings from the North Sails experts and tell the usual stories!

The addition once again of a Restricted division - a more relaxed approach is a fantastic introduction to the 88 Fleet.  No spinnakers takes the stress off the crews and the owners giving great racing and coaching opportunities from the team at North Sails.

Racing is planned for Saturday but please ensure that you a have a crew for Sunday in case weather forecast makes Saturday untenable.
