2019 New Zealand Starling Class National Championship

The Organising Authority is Taipa Sailing Club, in conjuction with the Starling Class Association
The regatta is open to all boats of the Starling Class and comply with the Starling Class Constitution and class rules. To be eligible to compete in this event each competitor shall be a financial member of a club recognised by the competitor's national authority. Each competitor shall be a financial member of the Starling Class Association (SCA).
The regatta will consist of a qualifying series and a final series. Entries may be split into yellow and blue flights for a qualifying series. Thereafter the Open fleet will split into a Gold and Silver fleet. More details will be set out in the Sailing Instructions.
The regatta will also include a Development (Green) Fleet. The regatta will be run as a single series on a separate course and will be one fleet.
To be eligible to race in the Development (Green) fleet a competitor shall not have previously finished in the top 3 places in a previous Starling Development (Green) fleet regatta.
