Have a watch of these two videos. They were introduced to me via the Good Sports programme. They are powerful videos, and some coaches out there are also parents. What messages do you take away from them?

For me, the biggest message was from Steve Hansen, when answering the question of "What would you say to those engaging in poor sideline behaviour?", he responded "....you got a responsibility to turn them into better people". Note how he didn't say you need to fix them, or tell them they are wrong, but to take the approach of change, and making them better, and consequently yourself better as well. And that's coming from one of the most successful coaches of all time!
