ISA 2022 - Re-registering under the new Act

The deadline for re-registering is 5 April 2026.

Once your updated constitution has been approved, it's important to follow the re-registration process. It isn't enough to simply file your constitution with the Registrar.

To reregister your society you must complete an online application, including:

• a copy of your society’s constitution,
• contact details for your society (such as, registered office address, addresses for communication, details of at least one contact person), and
• details of committee members and other officers (including their name, physical address, email address and start date.
• Your annual financial filing must also be up to date.
