Weymouth Yacht Club is a small family oriented club, based in the suburb of Weymouth, on the Manurewa side of Manukau City.
The club is less than ten minutes drive from the Manukau City Centre and Westfield shopping mall. The clubhouse is shared with Weymouth Boating Club, and Weymouth Scouts.
We offer casual and competitive sailing, as well as training for all levels.
The club owns a fleet of boats for prospective and existing members to use, ranging from Optimists, which are the worlds most popular kids boat, up to a Fireball, which is best reserved for the adrenaline junkies, and definitely not for the faint hearted! We also have a variety of boats between these two extremes.
Our instructors are qualified and experienced, and we would love for you to join us.
