Just one month away 2016 Volvo Sailing and Boating Week is an opportunity for New Zealand to promote and celebrate sailing and boating! It’s time to register your Club’s activities, get your event pack and start promoting your day!
With the end of the school year comes the end of the Volvo Sailing…Have a Go! programme for term 4, and what a successful term it has been! Yachting New Zealand’s national participation initiative has given 1435 students from 47 schools across the country an opportunity to experience sailing.
Tauranga Yacht and Powerboat Club are offering a number of Dinghy Sailing Courses over the coming months and they’re open to children of all sailing levels with beginners welcome.
Yachting New Zealand’s Volvo Sailing…Have a Go! programme has just passed the halfway point of its term 4 schedule and has already seen 780 students Have a go! at Sailing.
Hamilton Yacht Club invites registrations of their ever popular OptiSail for 2016. The event is on 19-22 January and is suitable for those finishing Learn to Sail right through to experienced sailors.
